1. Returns Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are:

Unused and in the original packaging
In the same condition as when you received them

Please note: Personalized products and custom business orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will guide you through the return process and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

3. Return Process

Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
